The initial meetings and communication sessions are just the start of a development process, not a single event. Definition of feedback: Process in which the effect or output of an action is 'returned' (fed-back) to modify the next action. This state of mind should not be reflected in the feedback process of the official work or business communication. We discuss 360 degree (multi-rater) feedback, explaining what it is, how to use it and the key benefits and limitations of this method of feedback. Feedback-loops are important models in the engineering of adaptive software, as they define the behaviour of the interactions among the control elements over the adaptation process, to guarantee system properties at run-time. Feedback loops and foundations of control theory have been successfully applied to computing systems. Let us suppose, Mr. X is depressed due to some personal problems in his life. Providing feedback for development is useful for employees because it helps them understand their strengths and weaknesses and how to progress in their career. If the team feedback meeting is poorly handled, there will be low front-end commitment on the part of the team. If the survey feedback is to be effective, it must be implemented into a comprehensive strategy that includes goals, responsibilities, time frames, revisions, and reviews. Feedback, to be effective, should be free from personal reactions. Action plans are the means of fully utilizing the survey feedback, without it we simply have a snap shot of where the organization is, with no plan for positive change.
